A small EGC-like lesion was found in the fundus. Biopsy was signet ring cell carcinoma

Surgery was done and the final pathology was AGC. So, it is a case of EGC-like AGC.

Final pathological stage was Ib. Observation without adjuvant chemotherapy was recommended.
