[Gastric cancer 828. EGC with extensive lymph node metastasis]

A middle aged woman was referred for possible endoscopic treatment of gastric cancer. The margin of the cancer lesion was unclear, and there were definite lymph node metastasis in the abdominal CT scan. Total gastrectomy was done was done. (2018)
