Gastric ulcerative lesion and lung mass found in the health checkup (M/55).
Endoscopy and CT was done again.
Both gastric biopsy and lung biopsy (transthoracic needle aspiration biopsy) showed peripheral T cell lymphoma, NOS, CD56+.
CD 56 (paraffin) : Positive in tumor cells
CD 3 T-CELL : Positive in tumor cells
β-F 1 : Negative in tumor cells
CD 8 (Leu-2a) : Focal positive in tumor cells
CD 4 (Leu-3a) : Negative in tumor cells
TCR-CγM1 : Negative in tumor cells
Ki-67 : Positive in tumor cells (80%)
