[Gastric cancer 976. Pancreas cancer after ESD for EGC] - 終

EGC was found in the screening endoscopy. The biopsy was well differentiated adenocarcinoma. ESD was done.

W/D adenocarcinoma

ESD was done.

W/D + P/D (5%), 15mm, MM, RM: negative, L/V (-/-)

Four years later, pancreas cancer was found incidentally in the follow up CT.
