EGC was found in the screening endoscopy. The initial biopsy was poorly cohesive carcinoma (SRC). ESD was recommended and the patient was referred.

Repeated biopsy after referral was tubular adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated.

Surgery was done and the final pathology was like this

The histology of EGC is heterogenous.
