함몰형 조기위암에서 공기 주입에 따라 fold가 얼마나 달리 보이는지 알 수 있는 증례입니다. 공기를 많이 넣으면 아예 fold 변화가 보이지 않기도 합니다. 공기를 넣었다 뺐다 하면서 검사를 하는 것이 좋겠습니다.
