세 개의 작은 조기위암으로 생각했는데 수술하고 보니 넓은 큰 암 하나였습니다.
Early gastric carcinoma, type IIb+IIc, body to antrum along the lesser curvature,
1) Adenocarcinoma, poorly differentiated, diffuse type;
2) tumor size: 9.2x8 cm
3) extension into the submocosa (SM3)
4) negative resection margins (proximal: 3.5 cm; distal: 3.8 cm)
5) no metastasis in 37 regional lymph nodes
