[자가면역위염 환자의 보만 4형 진행성 위암 (EndoTODAY gastric cancer 968)]

Autoimmune gastritis is one of risk factors for gastric cancer especially in Helicobacter negative individuals. In this old lady, a typical B4 cancer was seen at high body greater curvature. But the background gastric mucosa was very atrophic.

Blood tests were severe atrophy with PCA (+) and Hp serology (equivocal).

Total gastrectomy was done.

Diffusely infiltrative poorly cohesive cells.

보만 4형 진행성 위암은 젊은 여성에 많기 때문에 특히 주의해야 합니다. 29세 여성이었고 속쓰림이라는 비특이적 증상만 있었습니다.

AGC, signet ring cell carcinoma, 17 x 12 cm, subserosa, 2/42, perineural invasion

50대 여성으로 1년 전부터 증상이 있었고 최근 체중감소를 보였습니다. 생애 첫 내시경이었습니다. 조직검사에서 signet ring cell carcinoma가 나와 의뢰되었습니다.
