[Pulmonary thromboembolism]

Nephrotic syndrome 환자에서 ESD를 시행한 후 발생한 pulmonary thromboembolism이다. IVC filter와 medication으로 호전되었다.

 IVC filter와 heparinization을 시행하였고 점차 호전되었음. Warfarin을 유지하기로 함.
