Perforation의 sign은 아래와 같다. 물론 아무 sign도 없을 수 있다.
1. Severe pain during the EMR procedure
2. Most perforations are not detected during the procedure.
3. Prominent abdominal distention immediately after the procedure
4. Free air on chest X-ray taken after the procedure.
5.Persistent abdominal pain after EMR

드물게 시술 직후 chest PA에서는 안 보이다가 다음 날 chest PA에서 pneumoperitoneum이 보일 수 있습니다. 저는 2025년까지 20여년 ESD 인생에서 딱 한번 경험하였습니다.
